Streszczenie
The following article presents Abraham Maslov’s hierarchy of needs theory in a
slightly different interpretation from those commonly found in publications on the
management field. The analysis of Maslov’s assumptions that is provided in the
article has consequently given rise to a conception of diagnosing employees needs in
an organization. This, in turn, might be useful in building individualized
motivational systems.
