Abstract

In the article were presented the possibilities of .utilization of organizational techniques in enterprises which have implemented the quality management systems. The results of the studies indicated that the companies most frequently utilize such kind of techniques like flowchart, control cards, check sheets, Ishikawa diagram, Pareto chart or FMEA.
