The aim of this paper is to justify that Corporate Social Responsibility and Total Quality Management have a lot of similar characteristics. Thus, in subsequent parts of the article was decided to characterize the main objectives and thesis of CSR and TQM. Then was analyzed the key issues, ideas and concepts both of them.
