Analiza wybranych modeli społecznej odpowiedzialności organizacji
Streszczenie
The weight of organization activity directed to society and good relations with stakeholder is
increasing. The author was trying to show the essence of social responsibility of organization in
the article, by analysis of the literature field. Also basic models of social responsibility of
organization and their postulates have been described. The practical examples of social responsible
organization behavior, determined by different motives: investment in relations with surroundings,
necessity of reparation of social relations or disinterested help, have been shown.
