Abstract

Many times we meet with large numebers of paper documents in an organization. Documents in paper are difficult to manage, they cannot be easy to find and share. Currently, each type of file can be show into electronic records and management. More and more companies or governements agencies benefit from this solution. The author has analyzed use of electronic document manage- ment in the central banks belong to the European System of Central Banks. The author used a survey research technique.
