| dc.description.abstract | Evolution of the concept of leadership has resulted in present-day leadership being diametri-
cally opposed to the traditional approach. One of the qualities of leadership in present-day
organizations is the transparency of actions undertaken by leaders. This article may constitute
a starting point for considerations on the transparency of leadership in its two aspects: transpar-
