Determinanty decyzji lokalizacyjnych centrów logistycznych na poziomie regionalnym

Abstract

Planning and development of logistic centers in Poland is dependent on a number of conditions. They have an influence on making investment decisions. The most essential of them are the ones that concern localization, which are made on the regional level. The article makes a synthetic analysis of these conditions, taking particular note of the aspect of spatial politics as well as the role of a public sector in supporting logistic centers development. There has also been brought up the problem of foreign solutions in terms of localization of logistic centers what can be a valuable source of experience for self-government authorities.
