| dc.contributor.authorBiographicalnote | Jaroslaw Pluciennik (born 1966) is pro-rector in charge of curricula and quality assurance and enhancement at one of the largest universities in Poland, University of Łódź (2012-2016). He is also a professor of the humanities, student of cognitive analysis, doctor of cultural and literary criticism and theory, the editor-in-chief of a scientific journal. He has graduated from the University of Lodz. He studied also at University of Lund, Sweden. He works as university CEO on curricula, quality of education, e-learning and recruitment. He is recently doing research focused on act of reading, from comparative and cognitive perspective and educational technology (especially iphonology and MOOCs) as well as the idea of university. He did study and research in cognitive semantics and literary culture as well as reformation. He is directing Chief of Theory of Literature at the Daculty of Philology. He is now teaching MA cultural studies seminars at Journalism and Communication Studies in University of Łódź. | pl_PL |
