Abstract

The article discusses participation of working in administration of state companies. It may provide a subject discussion. The analysis performed by the author aims at showing multiple aspects and present-day validity of the problem esspecially so 60 in conditions of a modernized company being subject to concentration and integration processes. The author proceeds next to discussion of the extent to which working personnel participates in management of a company and its legal forms. The article ends with analysis concerning future directions to be taken by search for legal solutions concerning participation of personnel in administration of a state company.
