| dc.description.abstract | The paper concerns a very wide range of problems conncctod
with computer technology development and utilization. The author
reviews some dimensions of impact that computer technology has
on an activity conducted within organizations. Special stress is
put on personnel problems. Changes in employment struture are
analysed - their sources and effects in the first place. Finally
the author, within a general framework of the transfer of technology
and knowledge, analyzes possible ways of personnel training
and perfecting. The last problem is reviewed in a broader
context of many-organizational cooperation. The theses are of ten
