Abstract
The paper is focused on determinants make a new shape of compensation system in a context of economy based on knowledge. The organizational requirements connected to knowledge workers make a need for a different way to shape a motivation tools. There is a time to reconstruction of role and meaning of human capital in a final success of a firm. That’s way the people should be paid and rewarded by specific and modern compensation system. The main determinants can influence into efficiency of that system are: innovativeness and flexibility as a criteria for distribution of money for employees, Long Term Incentive Plans, The diversity and changeability in a construction of a system, motivation by structure and criteria, and competitiveness and war for talents as source for development of compensation system.
