Issues involved in balancing employee’s personal life and career are not simple, as both parties to the employment contract, i.e. the employee and the employer, need to show involvement. In Poland, the systems aiding work-life balance are only emerging. The article aims to present some employers participating in the contests “A Mum-friendly Firm” and “A Mum at Work” that implement solutions helping their workforce find work-life balance.
