dc.description.abstract | The main emphasis in this article has been placed on factors determining motivation by means of wages in enterprises on the example of chosen socialist countries (Yugoslavia, Hungary, Poland, GOR and USSR). These factors were considered to include: a country ’s socio - economic tasks, which should be aided by wages, environment in relation to wages (socio-economic conditions) employees ’ goals and expectations , and agreement between the wage system and other motivation instruments. The main part of deliberations deals with objectives of wage systems in their relationship with directions of economic reforms, and directions of wage system rebuilding in socialist countries. | pl_PL |
