| dc.description.abstract | The article outlines some problems connected with pay in foreign trade enterprises. The analysis of general characteristics of the situatIon in Poland ’s foreign trade and progress made in introducing systemic solutions of the economic reform in foreign trade was a basis for formulating certain conclusions concerning directions of changes in the wage system in the light of new legal regulations regarding economic activity (which came into force as from January 1st, 1989).
