dc.description.abstract | This article presents the selected aspects of informal relations in network organizations. The aim of the paper is to show the role the informal relations play in network organizations. What is more, it also depicts the functions they have in these organizations and the effects of negative informal relations which result from choosing inappropriate personnel. It is a critical analysis of literature which was complemented with the results of three-stage empirical research on network organizations against the background of co-operation problems and flexible employment policy, which was conducted in the years of 2003-2010 in tourist agencies. | pl_PL |
