Gra strategiczna jako narzędzie formułowania strategii organizacji
Contemporary organizations face an increasingly turbulent external environment that has an impact on their strategy development in terms of difficulty of taking into account all possible outcomes. Main goal of the paper is to present a strategic game as a tool for an organization's strategy formulation. In the beginning a theoretical background of strategic game evolution is described. Next, the idea and conditions of a strategic game utilization in an organization are exemplified. Finally, an example of a strategic game utilization in organization strategy formulation is shown as well as conclusions and recommendations for future research are provided.
