Abstract

his article aims to present the role of manager as responsible individuals shaping the organizational space of their workers, particularly knowledge workers. Due to the limited volume of the article, the focus was only on the aspects of motivation in the context of responsible business. For this purpose formulated firs characterized the essence of corporate social responsibility, environment manager and knowledge workers, and then presents the elements associated with motivating knowledge workers conducted by a manager and the concept of corporate social responsibility.
