This paper presents an analysis of social aspects an enterprise functioning and development on the background of contemporary understanding of management functions (dimensions). Among them is a human capital, social responsibility together with eco-development. Taking into account that these are most characteristic for the business. They are also important for today and tomorrow enterprise's functioning and its development. Finally they are crucial for balanced growth of on enterprise and the region an enterprise is located in.
