dc.description.abstractThe use of teams increased dramatically over the last years and teamwork currently, become important part of getting work done in every organization. The teams identified today are various (parallel, project, management, virtual etc) but they all face numerous problems during work process, such as: dispersion in time and space, heterogeneity (cultural, expertise, experience etc.), limited control and coordination. Apart from that, the use of work teams today, especially virtual teams, adds supplementary complexity to organizational functioning as they are usually temporal and cannot create solid relations, which creates an essential obstacle for their effectiveness. Those issues should be faced and facilitated while creating the teams today.pl_PL
