Other people’s biography can trigger the impulse to recognize ourselves within the progress of life. Recognizing the drama in other people’s biography is an exceptional moment which allows to find our own identity. It is possible in the way of considering the drama as one of the biography plots and distinguishing it from the other plots, to identifying ourselves with the person who is experiencing or can experience the drama in the category of “recognizing ourselves in our own abilities” (Paul Ricoeur). Learning about someone else’s biography is the comprehension/interpretation of the complexity of their/our events rather than explaining and assimilating facts.
