In this chapter the author presents an issue concerning the usefulness of intuition in management.
A review of the literature in order to show the current state of knowledge about the nature
of intuition and its importance in the management processes has been made. Moreover the subject
of research conducted by various research centers has been described synthetically. The research
objectives of own research have been presented in it. On the basis of the analysis of the obtained
results new questions have been generated, defining new directions of research in the field of intuition
