Abstract
Following article discusses the experience of emotions of young people entering the labor market in conjunction with established level of human capital. Important place in the text occupies part of the empirical, describing the emotion revealed by respondents in interviews free. Transitions from school to the labor market triggers emotions, which in conjunction with the level of human capital units are an important variable, decisive, the quality of the input units to the labor market. The source of the analysis is a set of statements detailing the subjects emotionally fragments in the context of the transition from high school to the labor market. The use of discourse analysis allowed to extract these statements respondents who were particularly marked by emotions that young people are experiencing as a result of entering the labor market and highlighted the emotions like angry, optimism, anxiety, determination.
