Abstract
Building interpersonal relationship in organization requires a lot of effort and great managers’ skills. The relatively simple methods used in management practice can and should be enforces with more advanced solution. One of them is narrative approach, which is used in research and implemented to some extent in the everyday business life. The chapter presents considerations on: 1) the connection between the application of this method and relationships and ties amongst the employees, 2) what assumptions and rules should be introduced to fully exploit the potential of this approach.
