Abstract
This chapter presents the results of author’s empirical research, which constitute a proper introduction to the planned research process. The aim of the study was to collect information about training services market, entities forming it, the models of these companies, as well as to identify the human capital, which creates it. In addition, the study attempts to answer a question whether, and if so, what is the role of external knowledge worker in small-sized training company. Also, whether, and if so, how external knowledge worker affects creating the competitive advantage of a small-sized training services company.
