Abstract

Creativity is an integral part of the coaching process, depending on both – the coach and the person coached. The chapter broaches the issue of the creative approach towards coachee, the objective of which is to find and test the most appropriate solutions. It attempts to address the question of creativity in the coach’s job. The chapter provides definitions of coaching, presents tools utilized to stimulate creativity, and the results of the one research.
