Abstract
The text says about the power of sound to engage students to creative work. The authors discuss the importance of different sound elements that build a radio story, such as voice, acoustic elements, music. Next the authors offer various ways of composing these elements. The main idea of the text is to present three projects executed with students. Their goal was to capture the imagination and show how great strength and creativity lies in the sound. The authors discuss the implementation of three projects: radio drama, radio documentary and a „sound about myself”, specific type of audiobiography. Realization of that projects proves that you can successfully engage students by using sounds.
