Abstract
The article focuses on the relations between the activity of enterprises on the credit market
and the stage of business cycle.
In the Polish economy one can observe an phenomenon of assymetry between demand for
credit and the stage of business cycle. The boom in economy does not translate into the
growth of credit volume.
The explanation of the above constitutes the main aim of the article.
