Przegląd teoretycznych koncepcji rozwoju regionalnego
Streszczenie
Celem artykułu jest analiza ewolucji teoretycznych koncepcji rozwoju regionalnego. W pierwszej części artykułu dokonano przeglądu koncepcji bazujących na neoklasycznej szkole ekonomii, odwołujących się do dorobku naukowego Keynesa oraz zakładających niezrównoważony charakter wzrostu gospodarczego. Następnie scharakteryzowano teorie lokalizacji działalności gospodarczej oraz modele związane z nową teorią handlu oraz nową geografią ekonomiczną. Artykuł kończy się rozważaniami na temat innych czynników endogenicznych, determinujących rozwój regionalny. Metodą wykorzystaną przy pisaniu artykułu była analiza prac publikowanych w języku angielskim, francuskim i polskim. The purpose of this article is to analyze the theoretical concepts of regional development. The first part of the article is a review of the concept of regional development and includes primarily the concepts: based on the neoclassical school of economics, referring to the scientific achievements of Keynes and concepts involving the unbalanced nature of economic growth. The next part of this article concerns the problems of new trade theory and new economic geography models. The article ends with reflections on other endogenous factors that determine the regional development. The method used in writing the article was the analysis of English, French and Polish literature.
