Abstract
The text presents few analogies between the literary worlds of Samuel Twardowski and the older, Mikołaj Rej. 1. The two authors chose the Polish language for their literary makes; 2. They were inspired by European and Polish Latin literary works; 3. They wrote works which belong to occasional literature; 4. These two writers were very important and established good contact with a community of readers; 5. Autobiographical texts exists in their literature; 6. Rej and Twardowski analyzed soda! phenomenons with preserving the point of view of a broad opinion-created perspective of knighthood; 7. The two authors belong to a tradition of gentry literature; 8. Children’s education is an important topic in their literary works; 9. Very important is the texts didactism and the creation of personal models; 10-11. They were interested in the printing of their texts and the popularity of their literature in the midst of their contemporaries. Their popularity was brief because the generation Rej and Twardowski wrote for past on; 12. Their works were republished often during their lives and only few years past their deaths. This analogy speaks to the similarities of Rej and Twardowski’s literary road. I don’t suggest any immediate literary relationship between these scriptures. Now we may talk about exdusively, Twardowski’s attachment to Rej’s literary school.
