Konsekwencje „zbicia z pantałyku” — paraboliczność Pantałyku Mariana Pilota
Streszczenie
The article attempts to interpret Marian Pilot’s collection of short stories Pantałyk in the context of parables and philosophical tales. The author looks for genre-specific features (semantic duality, ambiguity, specific references, openness of the work, understatement and a particularly author-text-reader relationship) in the world presented in the stories. The reconstruction of the ontological principles that govern the reality of Pantałyk’s characters reveals the rules and causes of the grotesque, macabre and isolating plots or characters, which are subordinated to the phenomenological reduction that streamlines and harmonises the parabolic structure of the works. Each of Pantałyk’s short stories offers a philosophical exploration of the external world. However, the narrative layer disrupts the layer of philosophical assertions. The weird, macabresque plot surpasses the order of philosophical ideas. The paper broadens the reflection on the genres used by writers classified as belonging to the peasant tradition.
