Ocena funkcjonowania wybranych elementów systemu transportowego gminy Dobra (Szczecińska)

Abstract

The subject of this study is an assessment of the transport system in the municipality of Dobra (Szczecińska), situated in the north-western part of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in the immediate vicinity of Szczecin and Germany, with particular reference to its suburban and border location. For this purpose, using cartographic visualisation techniques, timetable data and digital travel planning methods, a detailed characterisation of the road infrastructure and the functioning of public transport in the municipality was carried out. The research was carried out at the spatial resolution of the cadastral districts. Analyses were made of, among other things, the density of the road network and the accessibility of local centres, taking into account the local geographical context. The final part of the study presents the most important conclusions and recommendations that could improve and streamline the operation of the transport system within the boundaries of the surveyed administrative unit, based primarily on the municipality's functional relationship with Szczecin and planned infrastructure investments.

Przedmiotem pracy jest ocena systemu transportowego gminy Dobra (Szczecińska), zlokalizowanej w północno-zachodniej części województwa zachodniopomorskiego, w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie Szczecina i Niemiec, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem jej suburbialnego i przygranicznego położenia. W tym celu, wykorzystując techniki wizualizacji kartograficznej, dane z rozkładów jazdy oraz cyfrowe metody planowania podróży, dokonano szczegółowej charakterystyki infrastruktury drogowej oraz funkcjonowania transportu publicznego na terenie gminy. Badania przeprowadzono na poziomie obrębów ewidencyjnych. Sporządzono analizy m.in. gęstości sieci drogowej i dostępności ośrodków centralnych, uwzględniając lokalny kontekst geograficzny. Końcowa część pracy przedstawia najważniejsze wnioski oraz rekomendacje, które mogłyby usprawnić działanie systemu transportowego w granicach badanej jednostki podziału administracyjnego, przy wzięciu pod uwagę przede wszystkim funkcjonalnych związków gminy ze Szczecinem oraz planowanych inwestycji infrastrukturalnych.
