dc.description.abstractThe article attempts to check whether there is a spatial regularity in the relationship between the agricultural and productive model for allotment gardens and the leisure and recreational model. The article also presents the socio-demographic features of the users of plots in allotment gardens in the present. The objectives were achieved by means of a direct inventory and a questionnaire survey conducted among users from eight allotment gardens: one located in Łódź and seven located in the western and eastern parts of Łódź Voivodeship. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the process of changing the use of plots in allotment gardens, from agricultural and production to leisure and recreation, is still taking place. The scale of these changes is very great and the process is rapid. The socio-demographic characteristics of the users who currently determine how plots are used, are work activity and the age of the user. The analysis also describes the intensity of use of the plot and the place of residence of the plot owners.en
dc.description.abstractW artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań w wybranych rodzinnych ogrodach działkowych (ROD) w aglomeracji łódzkiej, które pozwoliły uzyskać odpowiedź na pytanie, czy proces zmian użytkowania działek w ROD-ach z użytkowania rolniczo- -produkcyjnego na wypoczynkowo-rekreacyjne ma miejsce oraz jaka jest skala takich zmian. Zaprezentowano także cechy społeczno-demograficzne użytkowników, które współcześnie decydują o sposobie korzystania z działek w tych ogrodach. Realizacji celów dokonano za pomocą inwentaryzacji bezpośredniej oraz badań kwestionariuszowych użytkowników ośmiu ogrodów: jednego znajdującego się w Łodzi i siedmiu zlokalizowanych w zachodniej i wschodniej części strefy podmiejskiej Łodzi. W rezultacie przeprowadzonej analizy stwierdzono, że w ROD-ach ciągle zachodzi proces zmian użytkowania działek z rolniczo-produkcyjnego na wypoczynkowo-rekreacyjne. Skala tych zmian jest bardzo duża, a sam proces przebiega szybko. Cechami społeczno-demograficznymi użytkowników decydującymi współcześnie o sposobie użytkowania działek są aktywność zawodowa oraz wiek użytkownika. Sposób użytkowania jest ponadto determinowany intensywnością użytkowania działki oraz miejscem (miastem) zamieszkania działkowców.pl
