Streszczenie
The author of this article presents a brief survey of all the known Polish (complete and
fragmentary) translations of Ovid’s Tristia. Polish translational accomplishments since the 19th
century to modem days are discussed and estimated. The article is concluded with a bibliography
of Polish translators, an index of translators and an index of the translations of Tristia.
