dc.description.abstract | The paper presents an amplification of cognitive concepts of a scene and an event
within the scope of their application to the poetic text. Four basic dimensions are
selected together with their potential profiles: temporal, spatial, of actions, and of
cognitive and motivational functions of the speaking subject. These dimensions
constitute the components of the scene construction in terms of R. W. Langacker. Within
the framework of the inquiry relerences (R. Jackendoff, J. Engelkamp, G. Lakoff, M.
Turner, A. Falkowski) a specificity of the organisation of poelic expressions, and
particularly a relation between scene dimensions and their subjective axiological
character, is considered. A possibility of the integration of conceptual and empirical
linguistics, together with their contextual focalisation within philosophical tradition
associated mainly with an integration of the categories oi event and time, is assumed
on the level of theoretical and methodological hypotheses. | pl_PL |
