Cистема жанров как литературоведческая категория

Abstract

The authors treat the word-combination genre system as a literary term and analyse its categorial meaning. The category can be applied not only to the literary trends, which are based upon normative aesthetics, but also to various literary movements. Its use may be limited either by a certain trend, or by the literary heritage of an individual writer. The genre system in the bounds of these fields can be realized through the set of connections between different genres or genre modifications. The most important types of the connections are investigated in the essay.
