Negotiations pay and working conditions are distinctive because of the parties remain in active contact, they know a lot about yourself, sooner or later they find out about what the other party wanted to hide. The negotiations within the company represent an opportunity to build trust between workers and employers. There are two types of workers are important for the negotiations — an ordinary worker and a key worker. Normal staff need not be a good negotiator, so he has a right to an error. The employer must show patience and do not use of force and retaliation.
