Streszczenie
Advocated complexity of solutions implemented at organisations assumes that in order to be effective, new strategies, structures and organisational cultures must be closely interrelated and mutually impact each other. HRM strategy and motivating — one of the key (in terms of organisation’s effectiveness) HRM functions, cannot remain isolated from internal factors that impact operations of the organisation. Major role is played by organisational culture which brings together its goals as well as employee needs. The article presents results of an analysis of links between motivational systems and organisational culture in 50 organisations operating on the Polish market.
