Nowadays, the market reality force enterprises to redefine competitiveness and its components. The factor which determine a competitive advantage in companies is human capital. It is the most important intangible asset that has a great influence on added value of firm. However, the measurement of human resources management is very difficult. This paper presents one of the method that aim is the measurement of human capital management with using of the HR Scorecard in construction enterprise. The method shows the connection between the effectiveness of human capital and the company strategy.
