Wybrane problemy organizacji pracy i wynagradzania w brygadach remontowych

The author discusses selected problems connected with advisability of introducing the brigade -type organization of work in repair, teams in textile plants. He analyzes next problems concerning rationalization of labour division within brigades and collaboration of members of repair brigades. On the basis of optimization models of non-linear programming the author performs evaluation of interrelationships between labour productivity in repair brigades and indices of labour division and size of brigades. The article ends with a review of the methods of dividing wages in brigades and the criteria of evaluating an index of labour input as a basis for internal division of wages in brigades.
