Modernistyczne przejawy dezintegracji psychicznej… Wokół Marzyciela Władysława Stanisława Reymonta
Streszczenie
The purpose of the article is to analyse and interpret Władysław Stanisław Reymont’s novelistic sketch entitled The Dreamer. The article opens with background information on the socio-cultural context of the modernist period of Young Poland (Młoda Polska), the transformations of its novels and its psychological interests. In the next part, the author offers a short presentation of Reymont’s literary output, which is followed by a detailed analysis of the main protagonist’s behaviour with regard to the symptoms of his mental disintegration (dereism, dysphoria, depersonalisation). Celem artykułu jest analiza i interpretacja szkicu powieściowego Marzyciel Władysława Stanisława Reymonta. Na początku scharakteryzowany został kontekst społeczno-kulturowy Młodej Polski z uwzględnieniem przemian powieści młodopolskiej i jej zainteresowań psychologicznych. Następnie krótko omówiona została twórczość Reymonta. W dalszej części następuje dokładna analiza zachowania tytułowego bohatera pod kątem obecności w nim przejawów dezintegracji psychicznej (dereizm, dysforia, depersonalizacja).
