Abstract

Ensuring the protection of human rights in a democratic state of law requires to ensure adequate resources for public authorities. Interventions that are undertaken by authorized officers, including police officers played a key role because the public expect protection from the organs and institutions of public security, but also afraid of the excessive power of these entities. It is not surprising that these issues are the subject of a thorough analysis of the various organizations e.g. Attorney General or Constitutional Tribunal. We should remember that the use of any coercive measure and choice of a particular one depends on the circumstances of the event and aim for a particular purpose.
