dc.description.abstractThe primary objective of this paper is to pay attention to the need for inclusion of economic human and social capital management of public joint stock companies. Purpose of the article concerns multi- and interdisciplinary problems such as: economic, social and technical issues. In the spectrum of interest there are also elements within psychology, axiology and culture. For the its realization, there was formulated a research hypothesis, stating that the real need of inclusion approach in management of stock limited companies capital produces the need for appropriate and responsible development of not only economic capital but also properly balanced human capital and social capital. It can be said, with great certainty, that this thesis is as attractive and important for every company and every organization. Selection to the considerations listed companies is justified by the specificity of their action, significantly high value of financial capital and social capital of trust. They have an influence on economic growth and social development. Moreover, like no other companies they are exposed to very high business risk. The article consists of two parts. The first part presents the issues concepts and types of capital of companies. The second part is to place the analysis of the nature, sources and functions social capital of company.pl_PL
