In conclusion, nowadays supporting locally economic development comprise one of the elementary mission of local government. Only active policy of the local government can cause that enterprisers accept that area as amicable and they willingly will be invested there. Acceleration of developing companies promote clear, stable low and decrease taxes and locally payments. In spite of decreasing locally taxes, it leads to lower locally budget, but in point of locally government seems to be more beneficial than increasing them, especially in longer term. It indicates, that only awareness policy of local unit direction on decreasing locally taxes can lead to strengthen tendency of investment in this area.
