Streszczenie
This paper bases on scientific and practical author’s skills in economic consultancy for tourism industry. The aim of this article is a comparison between need for using strategic analysis’ methods for proper management and problems of using such methods for small tourist companies. Author focuses on two fields, which are important for implementation of strategic analysis’ methods: gathering of data about internal and external situation of enterprise, also company management. Significant element of this paper is the presentation of selected methods of strategic analysis, which are possible to use in small tourist companies.
