Abstract

Thinking of the human role in the organization was changing during the last century. That is why we can also see the evolution of the HRM function. One of the reason of this evolution is the transformation of managerial roles. The purpose of this article is to present HRM manager in the context of business partner model.

W ostatnim stuleciu zmianie ulegały poglądy na rolę ludzi w organizacji, czego wynikiem jest ewolucja funkcji personalnej. Jednym z przejawów wspomnianej ewolucji jest transformacja ról menedżera personalnego. Celem artykułu jest scharakteryzowanie menedżera zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi w kontekście modelu partnera biznesowego.
