The first part of the article deals with some historical problems of the early development
the names created by the end of the 19th century. The second part introduces methodological
solutions of the problem involving cooperative teaching of biology, history, geography and
Polish. It also emphasises the advantages of the method and benefits both for teachers and pupils.
