O niektórych aspektach współpracy między klasą robotniczą a inteligencją techniczną

Abstract

The article tackles the problem of co-operation between the working class and technical intelligentsia. In the author’s opinion collaboration and co-operation of the working class with the intelligentsia in the reproduction process of the socialist economy constitutes a fundamental condition of utilization of economic laws of socialism. The most essential platform of this co-operation is implementation of scientific and technical progress programme. In the process of this co- -operation the working class and the intelligentsia complement each other as regards the character of experience and level of professional know-how. Representing different points of view on processes of production they get a fuller picture which increases complexity and effectiveness1 of the proposed and introduced technological and organizational innovations. The author next discusses concrete forms of co-operation between the technical intelligentsia and workers in the German Democratic Republic (among others analysis of processes, „guarantee of quality of researches”, rationalization movement).
