Abstract

The paper aims at presenting the concept of public private partnership and its perception by self government units. This form of management may undergo implementation as specified by the basic law, as well as other regulations. The considerations culminate in evaluating the perspectives for public private partnership in Poland, taking into account actions performed in the domestic arena.
