dc.description.abstract	Celem opracowania jest przedstawienie autorskiej propozycji operacyjnej konkretyzacji działań ukierunkowanych na wzmacnianie i tworzenie czynników rozwoju w podejściu zorientowanym terytorialnie. Postępowanie badawcze składa się z trzech etapów. W pierwszym kroku przedstawiono genezę polityki zorientowanej terytorialnie oraz propozycję systematyzacji jej podstaw teoretycznych. W drugim kroku dokonano uporządkowania i charakterystyki czynników rozwoju z uwzględnieniem ich znaczenia w podejściu zorientowanym terytorialnie. Trzeci i zasadniczy krok postępowania zawiera autorskie propozycje operacyjnej konkretyzacji czynników rozwoju w praktyce polityki spójności zorientowanej terytorialnie. Całość analizy podsumowują wnioski uwzględniające wyzwania nowej perspektywy polityki spójności na lata 2021–2027.	pl_PL
