Streszczenie
The paper has the empirical character. The aim of the study was to diagnose the sources of information
for assessment of subjective person − organization fit during the recruitment process.
The results of the study suggest that, to determine their person − organization fit, people rely on
certain components of organizational culture, like quality of services and products, development
opportunities much more then on others. Those components should be used more extensively
by the recruiting company to attract potential employees.
